Shatto Place: Recognized as an ACEC Merit Awardee
Another exciting achievement! Shatto Place has been honored as a 2025 Merit Awardee by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
This exciting project, launched in collaboration with students from Young Oak Kim Academy and KOA, tested a wide extended "Kids Space", a safer drop-off/pick-up lane, and street delineators to prevent unsafe U-turns. The goal? To reimagine the street for a safer, more vibrant public space for students, parents, and community members alike!
