Fun with PebbleXR

Over the past few months HERE has been collaborating with the City of LA, deploying the PebbleXR mobile app in the Encino Neighborhood. PebbleXR, leverages Augmented Reality (AR), to showcase urban planning improvements in their actual environment, in real time.  The App brings ideas to life on people’s mobile devices and it invites them to participate and weigh in on the proposed urban enhancements.  At a handful of summer pop-ups, we mingled with pedestrians and cyclists and had a fantastic time discussing the app's potential. It was heartwarming to see the support for the proposed improvements among the folks attending, as they checked out the Pebble app.
