Urban Designer I

Serena Powell is a forward-thinking urban designer and planner who strives to make the urban realm something people look forward to experiencing, day in and day out. What motivates Serena to be an urban designer is the possibility to shape spaces and communities into places people can enjoy for generations.

“I want to design spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but inspire people and make them feel safe and comfortable. My goal as a designer is to one day create someone's favorite place.”

Serena loves working at Here LA because of its can-do attitude. She appreciates working for a company that’s not afraid to push the envelope, is passionate about its work, and cares about its employees.
